Description   The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) invites interested suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for: RIV No. QTY. ITEM / DESCRIPTION APPROVED BUDGET L1SEP-001-88 1LOT Consulting services for Social Preparation, Php 16,000,000.00 Community Relations, and other Pre-relocation and Post-relocation activities for all affected Informal Settlers along the Alignment of the Line 1 South Extension Project. Bid documents can be obtained from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat at the Ground Floor, Administration Building, LRTA Compound, Aurora Blvd., Pasay City, starting January 21-30, 2008 during regular office hours from 8 am to 5 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Eleven Thousand Pesos (P11,000.00). For purposes of clarifying issues, a pre-bid conference will be held on January 31, 2008, Thursday, 10:30 AM at LRT Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City. The BAC Secretariat shall receive sealed bids not later than February 21, 2008, Thursday, 9:00 A.M. and shall then be publicly opened immediately thereafter at LRT Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City . Bids shall not be considered without the presence of the supplier/bidder or its authorized representative. LRTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, without assuming any obligation whatsoever to offset expenses or losses the bidder may incur in the preparation of its bids, and will entertain only such bid/s established to be the most advantageous to the LRTA.
