Republic of the Philippines Municipality of Imus Province of Cavite BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE
INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
The Municipality of Imus, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers, manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder projects:
A Project Reference Number : G-SEF(LSB)-09-1016 Name of Project : PURCHASE OF UNIFORMS OF ATHLETES AND DELEGATES TO NCSU MEET 2009 Location : Municipality of Imus Approved Budget : Php 582,934.00 Contract Duration : 10 calendar days
Prosepective bidders should have experience inundertaking a similar products within the last 2 years with an amount of atleast 50% of the proposed project for the bidding. The eligibility check Screeening as well as the Preliminary Examination of BIds shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to Eligiblity statement and screening, Bid Security, Performance Securityu, Pre-BIdding COnference, Evaluation of BIds, Post qualification and award oif contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its implementing rules and regulations.

Bid documents will be available only to the shorlisted bidders upon payment of a non- refundable amount of Php 1,000.00 to the Treasurer's Office.
The Municipal Government of Imus assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bids.
