Description   The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project: Name of Project/Brief Description Supply of Services thru outsourcing of the following personnel: Lot 1 – Five (5) General Clerks and Four (4) Data Encoders Lot 2 – Five (5) Skilled Workers Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) Lot 1 – P 12,000.00/mo./person or P 624,000.00 Lot 2 – P 21,444.83/mo./person or P 1,286,689.80 Contract Duration Per BSP Terms of Reference Prospective bidders should have undertaken a single similar requirement awarded and completed from Y2003 to present amounting to at least fifty percent (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of the lot to be bid and if bidding for both lots, fifty percent (50%) of the ABC of Lot 2. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Bid Evaluation These shall be in accordance with the prescribed periods allowed in the Implementing Rules & Regulations (IRR-A) of R.A. No. 9184 dated 10 January 2003, as amended. 5. Post-qualification 6. Notice of Award Bid documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of P500.00 or 0.05% of the ABC of the lot to be bid, whichever is higher. The BSP assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid. The BSP reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, or declare the bidding a failure, or not award the contract, and makes no assurance that a contract shall be entered into as a result of this invitation.
